After studying printmaking through the Beal Art program and Concordia University I ended up at a museum with an old time printing office. I spent the next ten years teaching about the history of publishing and exploring the visual possibilities of letter press and end-grain wood engraving. My subject matter and technique draws directly from the history of the print medium while still addressing contemporary issues.
